Current mood:blissful
Well, it's no big deal, but to me, it's huge. See, I've been studying Japanese for about 3 years now, and have had some of the greatest friends, language exchange partners, and a tutor help me along the way. Anyhow, the Japan Foundation, based in LA holds this world-wide test on the first weekend of December. It's like 3 hours long, all in Japanese, and BRUTAL! They say that like 49% of the people taking the test pass, and with everything else I've got going lately, it's been tough to seriously study every day.
Anyhow, I PASSED!!!! It's just Level 4 (the lowest level out of 4), but it's
the real deal, and I'll shoot for Level 2 or 3 this December. YAH!

when I read your Japanese on my blog,
I believed you were a Japanese who has an English name.
It took a little while to notice you're not.
